ALLIANCES / ASSOCIATIONS Energy Infratech Private Limited: Zeus has a strategic alliance services agreement with Energy Infratech Pvt Ltd., (EIPL), an India based engineering, project management and consultancy company providing services across the energy value chain from Concept to Commissioning to Operations. EIPL has a talent pool of more than 500 employees with experience in engineering and project management led by Mr. R V Shahi, formerly the highest ranking official(Secretary) in the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. Athena Energy Ventures Private Ltd: Zeus has facilitated the formation of Athena Energy Ventures Pvt Ltd (AEVPL) which is now a major player in the development of power projects in India, by bringing together Athena Infraprojects Private Limited (a leading power development company of India), Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC, a financial institution formed by Govt. of India for providing financing to Infrastructure Projects) and PTC India Ltd (PTC a leading power trading company in India) to form this Joint Venture. This is the first and possibly the only joint venture where all the key stake holders in a project have joined together for developing the power projects. Zeus also provides investment management and advisory services to the portfolio of projects held by AEVPL. |
